Shipping & Returns

Change-of-mind purchase?

Any non-faulty Strobe Silk item can be refunded so long as it’s returned within 30 days of purchase. To qualify for a return/refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including all original packaging and accompanying material.  Shipping costs for change-of-mind purchases are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.  If you purchased with PayPal, you may be eligible for free return shipping through your PayPal account. Please see the PayPal website for more information.

Wrong item received?

In the case of an incorrect order, sorry about that!  You will be eligible to choose between a replacement or refund.  The items must be declared within 30 days of purchase. Please email hello@strobesilk.com and we'll take you through the process!


Opened or used product?

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds on used products.  The only exception is when items are faulty.  Once again, please contact us immediately at hello@strobesilk.com

Lost or missing package?

Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or missing packages but if you believe your package is lost, please email us through our contact page and we will launch an investigation with the respective carrier.

Do you offer international shipping?

Not at this time.  We only ship to the United States and Canada.  Free shipping over a certain amount is currently only applicable to the US and Ontario, BC and Quebec.

If you need to cancel your order, add more items, are unhappy about your experience with any Strobe Silk product, or anything else you can think of, please reach out to us at hello@strobesilk.com so we can help make things right.  We are in this together!

HOW TO TRACK YOUR PARCEL 

As soon as your parcel is shipped, we will email you with a tracking number.  Just give it a day or so for the tracking number to be activated.  If you still don't receive any tracking info by then, please reach out to us at hello@strobesilk.com so we can assist.

IF YOU GAVE US THE WRONG ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT 

Email us ASAP (like now) at hello@strobesilk.com and we will do everything we can to update this for you.  As soon as you order, we will send you a confirmation email so please check your details carefully.

If your order has already been shipped then we can’t make any changes to the address or change the course of the parcel. If this does happen, we won’t be able to send you another parcel or process a refund.
